Troopers Among 5 Injured In New Year's Day Crash On I-95 In Delco, State Police Say A three-vehicle crash on Interstate 95 sent two Pennsylvania State Police troopers and three young men to area hospitals on New Year's Day. The crash happened in the southbound lanes of I-95 near mile marker 5.3 in Chester City around 3:20 a.m. on Jan. 1, 2024, as detailed in the PA State Police release. Girl Under 6-Years-Old Sexually Assaulted By Lititz Man, Police Say A man has been charged in connection with multiple sexual assaults of a girl under the age of six, Northern Lancaster County Regional police announced on Monday, Jan. 1., 2024. Detectives began investigating Wesley Franklin Kilpatrick, 27 of Lititz, in July 2023. That's when they "received a report of alleged sexual assault of a female under the age of 6," as stated in the police release. Man Dies Nearly 20 Years After Motorcycle Crash: Lehigh County Coroner Approximately 19 and a half years after a motorcycle crash seriously injured a man he died from complications of those injuries. Eric J. Fenstermaker, was 52 when he passed at St. Luke's Hospital, Allentown at 10:50 a.m. on Sunday, Dec. 31, Lehigh County Coroner Daniel A. Buglio detailed. Witnesses Sought After Serious I-81 Crash At Ramp In Carlisle (Update) Police activity shuttered a ramp along Interstate 81 in Central Pennsylvania on Saturday night and now officers are searching for witnesses. The ramp closure was first announced by Carlisle Police at 5:58 p.m. on Dec. 30, but on Wednesday, Jan. 3, the police said the crash really happened around 4:45 p.m. A two-vehicle caused the initial closure at Walnut Bottom Road and I-81 Exit 45:College Street off-ramp in Carlisle Borough, according to Carlisle PD. NJ Man Who Stabbed PA State Trooper 'Numerous Times' In Berks County ID'd A Pennsylvania State Police trooper was stabbed while serving a warrant for a New Jersey man in Berks County on Saturday, according to multiple releases by Trooper David Beohm. Two troopers were sent to serve a 302 warrant, which is for involuntary mental health commitment, for 27-year-old Bradley Odenath of Pine Hill, NJ. Double Homicide: Infant, Woman, Man Shot In Allentown, Police Say A man, a woman, and a baby were found shot in Allentown, Lehigh County Coroner Daniel A. Buglio told Daily Voice on Saturday. The unnamed 66-year-old man, a 44-year-old woman, and a 1-year-old infant were found shot in the 100 block of Chestnut Street, Allentown, Lehigh County, at 8:49 p.m. on Dec. 29, the coroner detailed.
