Car Burst Into Flames After Striking Deer Dead In Central PA (Photos) A car erupted in flames after striking a deer in Central Pennsylvania on Tuesday morning, fire officials announced.  The sedan struck the deer dead in the 6800 block of Wertzville Road, Silver Spring Township around 4:20 a.m. on Nov. 7, fire officials said in multiple releases later in the day.  Both the New Kingston Fire Company and the Silver Spring Fire Department responded to the scene. Tractor-Trailer Carrying 500+ Pigs Overturns On Highway: PennDOT Hundreds of pigs are being rounded up on a Pennsylvania highway on Tuesday afternoon, according to Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Spokesperson Fritzi Schreffler.  The tractor-trailer that was hauling over 500 pigs overturned along 641 near Ridge Road in North Newton Township, around 1 p.m. on Nov. 7, Schreffler explained.  "Some little piggies have made a run for freedom, but are being rounded up.
