11-Year-Old Girl On Playground Shot, No Suspect, Philadelphia Police Say An 11-year-old girl was shot in her abdomen while at a playground in Philadelphia, authorities say. The girl was shot in the 3600 block of North 11th Street near Erie Avenue at 6:57 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 11, Philadelphia Police told Daily Voice.
