Bomb Threat: Hershey's Chocolate World Evacuated (Developing) Bomb-sniffing dogs were called to the sweetest place on earth on Friday, authorities.  Security personnel at Hershey's Chocolate World alerted dispatchers at the Dauphin County 911 Center of a reported bomb threat to the facility at 3:25 p.m., on Aug. 11, according to Dauphin County Communications Director Jennifer Fitch. Triple Twister Touch Down: Tornadoes Confirmed By NWS In Pennsylvania Three tornadoes have been confirmed to have touched down in Central Pennsylvania on Monday, Aug. 7, the National Weather Service confirmed on Friday, Aug. 18, 2023.  According to NWS, the first tornado started near the south side of North Church Street in Black Rock around 5:02 p.m. and ended around 5:05 p.m. near Glenville Road.
