Rollover Crash In Chambersburg: Authorities (Photos) Someone "self-extricated" from a sedan following a messy rollover crash in Chambersburg on Thursday, authorities say.  The car landed on its roof in the 800 block of Lincoln Way West at 7:53 a.m. on July 20, 2023, according to the Franklin Fire Company.  Emergency Medical Services evaluated the driver at the scene and no injuries were reported.  Fire crews handled the spilled fluids from the vehicle and cleaned up the debris.  All lanes of traffic are open.
