24-Year-Old Man ID'd Following Deadly Shooting In York County: Coroner A 24-year-old who man was found shot multiple times in York on Thursday, March, 30, 2023— has been identified, the York County Coroner announced the following day. Quintir Simmons of the 700 block of East Prospect Street in York City died by homicide from multiple gunshot wounds and was declared deceased at 10:32 a.m. as declared by Deputy Coroner Karen Frank, according to the release. I-83 Closed For Cat Rescue By Pennsylvania State Police A portion of Interstate 83 in Harrisburg was closed in both— for a cat rescue, PAWS of PA announced on March 26, 2023. A concerned citizen "spotted a scared cat frozen in fear by the median on I83 near Union Deposit and called PSP," the organization says.
