Toddler Dies Day After Drown In Pennsylvania Pond: Reports A 2-year-old who fell into a private pond in Bethel Park on Saturday, Nov. 5, has died, according to multiple media reports. Emergency crews were called to a home on Tischler Road just after noon, Bethel Park police Chief Timothy O'Connor told WTAE.
