Jon graduated from Cornell University and received his master's degree in journalism from Northwestern University. Across a 35-year career, he's worked as a reporter for daily newspapers in Chicago, New York, Ohio & Washington, D.C and as managing editor for weekly newspapers in Rye, White Plains and Harrison.

Police Look For Gunman In Central Jersey Apartment Shooting A 36-year-old man is wanted by police in Central Jersey in connection with a random shooting in an apartment parking lot, authorities said. Student Struck By Car In Lakewood An 18-year-old student was struck by a car after exiting a school bus late Wednesday, March 22 in Lakewood, authorities said. North Jersey Water Company To Restart Shutoffs On Thousands Of Delinquent Accounts The Passaic Valley Water Commission plans to shut off water service to delinquent accounts starting April 3, the PVWC announced.
