Fire Breaks Out At Central PA High School: Authorities A high school in central Pennsylvania was briefly evacuated due to a fire on Monday, May 16, authorities say. The fire happened inside Boiling Springs High School located at 21 Academy Street around 12:30 p.m., according to Cumberland County Wide Communications dispatch supervisor. The school was evacuated as Mount Holly Springs firefighters knocked down the fire and made sure it was safe for students to return to class, the supervisor explained to Daily Voice. Ex-Con Dad Wanted On Warrants In Two PA Counties Nabbed For Fleeing From Police A former convict from central Pennsylvania who chased a woman with a knife after abandoning his children in a car, has been arrested a year after a police pursuit, authorities say. Dashan Omar Andino, 32, of York, was wanted on multiple charges, in both Dauphin and York counties when he was arrested on Thursday, May 12, according to police and court records. PA 6-Year-Old Shoots Himself In The Head: Authorities A 6-year-old boy accidentally shot himself in the head on Sunday, May 15, authorities say. Police and EMS were called to reports of a child suffering from "a gunshot wound to the head" in the 400 block of Johnston Avenue, Pittsburgh just before 8:25 p.m., according to Pittsburgh Public Safety. The boy was transported to the hospital in critical condition by medics, officials say. This shooting is being called a "tragic accident," according to Public Information Officer Cara Cruz. Deadly Motorcycle Crash In Central PA: Police A motorcyclist has died in a crash in central Pennsylvania just after midnight on Friday, May 13.
