Berks County Woman Dies In Crash: Coroner A Maxatawny woman died after crashing her car in the township Thursday, Aug. 17, according to authorities.  Deborah A. Majerich, 67, was driving along Kohler Road near Berks County Park when her vehicle left the roadway and hit a telephone pole, said Lehigh County Coroner Daniel A. Buglio.  She was rushed to Lehigh Valley Hospital-Cedar Crest by Topton EMS where she died from her injuries around 6:15 p.m., the coroner said.
