Philly Passenger Opened Fire After Fender Bender, Say Authorities Philadelphia police are looking for the pair who shot a gun at the other driver following a minor car accident last weekend. It happened on the 300 block of North Broad Street on Sunday, Feb. 26, the department said in a statement. Arsonist Set Fire To West Chester Building With People Inside, Police Say A man is charged with arson after police say he set fire to an occupied building in West Chester last month. Mark Benziner, 53, of West Chester, is charged with felony arson, risking catastrophe, reckless endangerment, and related counts, said Borough police in a statement.
