Northampton Man Arrested For Child Pornography, State Police Say A Northampton County man faces more than a dozen felony charges related child sex abuse material, state authorities said. Attempted Murderer Still At Large 4 Years Later: Troopers A man accused of attempted murder nearly four years ago is still on the loose, say Pennsylvania State Police. Troopers believe Samuel Irizarry, 20, was the gunman in a shooting on I-78 in Philadelphia on Feb. 20, 2019, they said in a release.
