Levittown Fire Company's Retired Dodge Charger Going For $10,000 Hot ride. The Levittown Fire Company No. 2 Station 13 is selling a retired Dodge Charger that it's been using as a service vehicle with police specifications. The whip has 54,000 miles and was just recently serviced, fire officials wrote. It was regularly maintained during its years in service, they added. Utility Company UGI Not Liable For Gas Explosion That Killed PA Mom On Xmas Day, Says DA Pennsylvania-based utility company UGI will face no consequences for the explosion of a natural gas pipeline that killed a Monroe County mother on Christmas Day. Ana R. Abreau, 33, was a passenger in a car driving on State Route 314 in Swiftwater at around 1:30 a.m. on Dec. 25, 2020, when a natural gas pipeline under the street "erupted," flipping the car and badly damaging the road, said Monroe County Chief Detective Eric J. Berks Police Seek Home Depot Shoplifter Police in Berks County are searching for the man they say stole from the Home Depot. According to authorities, the unknown man left the Home Depot on Crossing Drive in Wyomissing with merchandise he did not pay for on Thursday, Oct. 27 at around 2:15 p.m. Anyone who can identify the suspect is asked to call Officer Estevez of the Wyomissing Borough Police department at 610-375-6102, or to call Berks County Crime Alert at 1-877-373-9913. Lehigh School Suspends Classes Over Violent Threat A Lehigh County high school canceled classes on Friday, Oct. 28 after administrators received a violent threat. Lehigh Career and Technical Institute in Schnecksville alerted police after receiving "a threat directed at the school," administrators said in a message on the school's website. Reading Driver Shot In Face Over Road Rage Incident, Police Say A teen in Reading was hospitalized after an enraged driver shot him in the face, according to authorities. The 18-year-old was driving near the intersection of 6th and Spring streets just before 7 a.m. on Friday, Oct. 28, when another driver pulled up next to him and opened fire, Reading police said. Police ID Motorcyclist Killed In Schuylkill County Crash A Schuykill County man is dead following a fatal collision in Frackville, authorities say. Leonard Kristoff, 61, of Pottsville, was driving his motorcycle south on Valley Road at around 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 27, when he struck an oncoming truck that was turning left into a parking lot, state police said.
