Pleasantville native Jon Craig is special editor for the Westchester, Putnam, Rockland, Orange and Dutchess Daily Voice sites. He is also the primary reporter for Daily Voice Plus Politics in Westchester and Fairfield.

Jon graduated from Cornell University and received his master's degree in journalism from Northwestern University. Across a 35-year career, he's worked as a reporter for daily newspapers in Chicago, New York, Ohio & Washington, D.C and as managing editor for weekly newspapers in Rye, White Plains and Harrison.

Jon also writes periodically for the Cornell Chronicle.

The shooting occurred at about 11:50 p.m. on Sunday, March 13 on Echohill Lane in Willingboro, initial reports said. An unconfirmed report said that a victim was shot in the knee. Pair Dead In Vineland Murder-Suicide: Prosecutor A man and woman were killed in what police believe was a Vineland murder-suicide Monday, March 14. A 48-year-old woman was found dead with apparent gunshot wounds on Wood Street around 6:20 a.m., according to Cumberland County Prosecutor Jennifer Webb-McRae. Then, a 50-year-old man was found dead of a self-inflicted gunshot wound on the 2400 block of North Mill Road, McRae-Webb said.  The investigation involves a domestic violence matter. Police ID Motorcyclist, 48, Killed In Central Jersey Crash Police have identified the 48-year-old motorcyclist killed in a crash in Central Jersey. Thomas Zink Jr., of Milltown, was riding on Fresh Ponds Road in East Brunswick about 4:30 p.m. Thursday, March 10 when he crashed, police said. Zink was pronounced dead at the scene.  No other motorists were involved. Anyone with information is urged to call East Brunswick police at 732-390-6969.

However, Chris Lebron, 29, of Vineland, was found guilty of selling cocaine and fentanyl to the man who died, they said.
