Driver Severely Injured In Crash At PSP Lykens Barracks, Troopers Say A driver who crashed into the pillars in the parking lot outside PSP Lykens's barracks has been hospitalized with severe injuries, Trooper Megan Frazer told Daily Voice on Friday.  The unidentified driver struck the pillars on the sidewalk stopping them from hitting the building around 12:12 p.m. on Feb. 23, Trooper Frazer detailed.  Their "injuries are considered severe and they were transported to [a] local hospital," Frazer said. Ohio Woman Held On Prostitution Charges Caught With Drugs In York County Prison, Police Say A woman being held in the York County Prison on prostitution charges among other offenses, has been caught with drugs, police announced on Thursday, Feb. 22.  Yinmei Zeng, 37 of Ohio, has been held for drug offenses, prostitution, and fleeing from the police since Dec. 2023, court records show. As her two cases progressed, a search of the prison where she was housed was conducted. Hawk Stuck In Car Rescued By Pennsylvania State Police Troopers Pennsylvania State Police troopers rescued a hawk that struck and got stuck in a car grill on Feb. 21. Trooper Rahn (pictured) and Trooper Williams teamed up to remove an injured Red-Railed Hawk from the grill in Carlisle on Wednesday morning. The bird has been taken to Wildlife in Need PA for additional care.  This is the second bird rescue by PSP troopers this month. PSP Harrisburg's Top 5 Most Wanted Fugitive Captured In Steelton: US Marshals A man featured in the Pennsylvania State Police Harrisburg's Top 5 Most Wanted Fugitive list in January  2024 has been captured by the US Marshals Fugitive Task Force, The US Marshals Service announced late on Feb. 21.  Ricky Jermaine Anderson, 44 of Steelton, was located by US Marshals with the assistance of the Steelton Police on Feb. 16, U.S. Marshal William Pugh detailed in Wednesday's release.  Anderson was found in the 100 block of Frank S.
