Video Shows Suspect Burglarizing Warren County Bagel Shop Police in Warren County have released video footage of the suspect in an update to last week’s bagel shop burglary. The suspect broke into Budd Lake Bagel & Deli II on Mountain Avenue in Hackettstown through the drive-thru window and fled after stealing two cash registers and an unknown amount of money around 6:15 p.m. Wednesday, DailyVoice.com reported. Teen Killed In Hunterdon County New Year’s Crash Was Talented Athlete, ‘Friend To All’ The 17-year-old boy killed in a New Year’s Day crash in Hunterdon County was remembered as a talented athlete and a friend to all. Liam Reed Newman, a senior at Delaware Valley Regional High School in Frenchtown, was killed in a crash near Hog Hollow Road and Rt. 513 in Alexandria Township around 5:30 a.m., DailyVoice.com reported. Born in Allentown, PA, Newman lived in Flemington before settling in Frenchtown in 2017, his obituary says. Victim Stabbed At Hunterdon County Home: Police A suspect was charged and jailed following an overnight stabbing at a Hunterdon County home, authorities said. Officers responding to the reported stabbing at a home in Readington Township arrested Edgar Rosa around 2:10 a.m. Tuesday, the department said. Rosa was charged with aggravated assault and unlawful possession of a weapon before being lodged in the Warren County Jail, police said. Additional details were not immediately released.

Bear Kills Dog, Injures Woman In NJ Attack A woman was hospitalized and her dog was killed after being attacked by a bear outside a North Jersey home Monday evening, police said. Warren County Woman Accused Of Selling Ecstasy: Police A Warren County woman accused of selling ecstasy was arrested following a two-week investigation, authorities said. Elizabeth B. Racanelli, 19, was arrested Dec. 22, Hackettstown Police said Tuesday.
