Authorities Probe Bomb Threat At Newark High School Police and fire departments rushed to a high school in Newark Tuesday morning, where a bomb threat was allegedly called in, authorities said.  The threat was made at Science Park High School (260 Norfolk St.) just after 11 a.m., a Newark Dept. of Public Safety spokesperson told Daily Voice. Essex County canine detection units were also called to the scene. No explosives were located, and no injuries had been reported, authorities said. The incident remained under investigation.
