Middlesex County Motorcyclist Killed After Striking Tree In Bridgewater, Police Say A Middlesex County motorcyclist was killed after crashing into a tree in Bridgewater before dawn Monday, police said. Brian McAndrews, of Piscataway, was riding a 2019 Harley-Davidson Iron 1200 west on Garretson Road in Bridgewater when he veered off the right side and struck a tree near the intersection of Route 28, officer John Kennedy said in a release. McAndrews was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash, which was reported just before 9:25 a.m. but believed to have occurred between 2 a.m. and 5 a.m., Kennedy said. Police: Driver Hospitalized In Morris County Crash A man was hospitalized Monday night following a single-car crash in Morris County, authorities said. The crash occurred near 200 Weldon Rd. in Jefferson Township just before 10:30 p.m., police Capt. Robert Bush told Daily Voice. 7 Year Sentence For Paterson Man Who Caused Fatal Overdose In Bathroom Of Morris County Target A Paterson man who caused a fatal January overdose in the bathroom of a Morris County Target has been sentenced to seven years in state prison, authorities said. Boy, 5, Airlifted After Being Hit By Puck At Hopatcong Roller Hockey Rink A 5-year-old boy was airlifted with traumatic injuries after he was hit in the head by a puck at a Hopatcong hockey rink, authorities said.
