Shadon McDowell, of Mercer Road, is accused of selling heroin to a confidential informant on two separate occasions, Warren County Prosecutor James L. Pfeiffer said in a release. The driver veered off the eastbound lanes to the left before crashing into the center median and hitting the right guardrail at milepost 28.8 in Roxbury Township just before 6:05 a.m., NJSP Sgt.
