In Riverhead, first responders were dispatched to Home Depot on Old Country Road at approximately 12:30 p.m. on Monday, March 21 where there was a report of a fire that broke out in the front of the building. According to officials in Suffolk County, the fire originated outside of the store in an area with lawn furniture for sale.
