On Wednesday, the police conducted a distracted driving detail at the intersection of Route 6 and Mohegan Avenue in Mohegan Lake. North Castle Fighting State Over Proposed Treatment Center NORTH CASTLE, N.Y. -- The Town of North Castle is fighting the state Office of Mental Health over a proposed residential treatment center in Armonk. The town is expected to file an Article 78 against OMH, saying it failed to uphold the town's objections, according to The Examiner. Supervisor Michael Schiliro said the town will initiate its legal action by Friday, according to The Examiner.
