Man Charged With Exposing Himself On Metro-North Train CORTLANDT, N.Y. -- Alex Gonzalez, a 36-year-old Wappinger Falls resident, was arrested and charged with public lewdness on a Metro-North Hudson Line train Tuesday. Gonzalez was witnessed exposing himself and pleasuring himself on a train which was stopped at the Cortlandt Train Station, according to MTA spokesman Meredith Daniels. State police arrived on the scene first but Gonzalez was arrested by MTA Police, according to Daniels.
