Eastchester Dad Looks To Reduce Charges In Car Accident That Killed Three WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. -- An Eastchester father, whose daughter was the driver in a fatal car accident in Pennsylvania last Labor Day weekend, is looking to have the most serious charges against him dismissed. Michael Ware, 54, is looking to get the charges of involuntary manslaughter, child endangerment and four counts of reckless endangerment dismissed, according to the Bucks County Courier Times.
