Thanks to a $25,000 donation from The Engel Burman Group, the company behind the 140-unit Bristal Assisted Living complex on Business Park Drive, Armonk's iconic eagle will be completely refurbished. The club was locked on Oct. 31 after town officials cited more than 20 violations in the town-owned building on the Hudson River at Engel Park. It was unlocked by the town on Saturday, Nov. 9.
