Tractor Trailer Driver Struck, Killed On I-81, Police Seeking Info Police in Virginia are seeking the public's help with the investigation of a hit-and-run crash that killed a tractor trailer driver in the roadway of I-81. James W. Sheldon Locke Davis, 63, is wanted on 4 counts of failing to re-register as a sex offender, as required by Virginia law, state police said Wednesday, March 27.
