Cesar Calderon was charged with bail jumping in the second degree, a Class E felony.  Police went to assist EMS crew at the gas station on Sunday, Aug. 20, at 4:16 a.m. A routine driver's license inquiry revealed there was an active bench warrant against Calderon for a robbery arrest from 2012, police said.
