Tolliver went into labor on New Year's Eve, giving birth on Jan. 1 at 3:45 a.m. to Kamyah Selman at Vassar Brothers Medical Center. Kamya was Dutchess' first newborn of 2017. Man, Woman Charged In Croton For Possessing Drugs, Police Say CROTON-ON-HUDSON, N.Y. -- Two people were arrested in Croton-on-Hudson Friday and charged with possessing drugs. Police arrested Shari Harris, 29, and Michael Mastratone, 32, and charged them with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third, fourth and seventh degrees. Harris was arrested at her home at 101 Maple St. Masatrone, who also lives at the house, was arrested at the Van Wyck Shopping Center. Sgt.
