Peekskill's Restaurant Row Summer Block Party Weekend Series has been bringing people out in the city throughout the summer.  The party is set for Saturday, Sept. 20, at 3 p.m. and Sunday, Sept. 21, at 1 p.m. with performances at 6 p.m. The party takes place on North Division Street between Central and Main Street.  The street is closed to traffic, providing a large venue for patrons to dine al fresco and take in outdoor performances. The city celebrated the opening of Historic Peekskill Landing Park, at the Hudson River.
