Buchanan Police Seize Marijuana CORTLANDT, N.Y. -- The Buchanan Police Department has seized more than five pounds of marijuana, Police Chief Brian Tubbs announced. According to Tubbs, the marijuana was destined for a Buchanan group home. On Feb. 22, Sgt.
