The group met with the Bedford Planning Board on Tuesday, proposing a 20,000 square foot location at 800 Bedford Road in Bedford Hills. Artistry Dance Project recently opened at 1 Commerce St.  in Valhalla before moving to a permanent Pleasantville location in a few months. Roth Reflects on Primary Loss In North Castle ARMONK, N.Y. -- Tuesday was a difficult night for soon to be former Councilwoman Diane Didonato Roth. Roth finished third in Tuesday's North Castle Republican primary, finishing behind incumbent and fellow running mate John Cronin and Barbara DiGiacinto. With all precincts reporting, DiGiacinto had 453 votes, 38 percent, Cronin had 411 votes, 35 percent and Roth had 324 votes, 27 percent. Voters voted for two candidates. The Bedford Town Board unanimously approved water rate increases last week. Average water rates will increase by 20 percent, abut $97 a year.
