POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y. -- Mildred E. Delpino, of Port Jervis, N.Y., died on Monday, April 11, at Wingate at Ulster in Highland. She was 78.Born in Poughkeepsie on Aug. 10, 1937, she was a daughter of William and Bertha Smith Mosher. She had worked as an assembler for the Wire-O-Corp. in Poughkeepsie, which then became James Burns International.

POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y. -- Charles S. DeFraia, of Poughkeepsie, died Tuesday, April 12, 2016, at Vassar Brothers Medical Center in Poughkeepsie. He was 89.DeFraia was born March 26, 1927, in Poughkeepsie to Louis and Angelina (Lanzarone) DeFraia.
He married Joan Curran in 1950. He was employed by Western Printing and IBM where he worked in the Accounting Department.
DeFraia was a graduate of Poughkeepsie High School and he served in the U.S. Army.

POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y. -- Anne D. Conrad, of Poughkeepsie, died Tuesday, April 12, at The Pines of Poughkeepsie. She was 88.Conrad was born July 23, 1927, in Lancaster, Pa., to Arthur Oliver and Lauria (Mondeau) DuPay.
She married Frederick L. Conrad in 1946.
She retired in 1992 from Ronald Goldsand as a Real Property Title Examiner. She was a local resident most of her life. Anne was a member of the Dutchess County Historical Society and a past board member of the Poughkeepsie Day Nursery. Anne was also a member of Christ Episcopal Church.

'Wizard Of Oz' Being Performed In Poughkeepsie
POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y. -- St. Martin de Porres School in the Town of Poughkeepsie will present "The Wizard of Oz" on Friday, April 15 and Saturday, April 16 at its school gymnasium on Cedar Valley Road. With a cast of over over 50 students from grades four through eight, this two hour-long, family-friendly production will have showings at 7 p.m. on Friday and 1 and 7 p.m. on Saturday. Born on Jan. 2, 1928, in Sleepy Hollow son of Robert W. and Alice (Walker) Ross.
He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Jane A. Ross; three sons, Gordon, Douglas and David; nine grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.

MOUNT VERNON, N.Y. -- Peter L. DeBernardi, a longtime resident of Mount Vernon and World War II veteran died at home on Wednesday, April 13, at the age of 90. He was born on Sept. 22, 1925, in Bridgeport to Louis and Erminia DeBernardi.
He is survived by his three daughters, Laura Hanna, Lisa and Sandra DeBernardi.
He is also survived by his grandchildren, Christian and Jonathan Hanna, Justin and Julian Gherardi, Lea and Lauren Pizzarello, and three great grandchildren.
His wife, Mary, died in1995, and he is also survived by his brother Anthony DeBernardi and sister Josephine Reda.
