Free Rabies Clinic Scheduled In New Rochelle NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. -- Westchester County residents can bring their dogs, cats and ferrets in for free rabies vaccinations on Sunday, April 24 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Stamen Animal Hospital, 61 Quaker Ridge Road in New Rochelle. Greenwich Rolls Out Skateboard Clinics For Kids GREENWICH, Conn. -- The Town of Greenwich will be offering Skateboarding Clinics on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday afternoons. The classes will begin the week of April 19 and will run for four consecutive Tuesdays, Wednesday, or Thursdays, depending on the day of sign up. The classes will be from 4:15 to 5:15 pm.  The program is for children 6 to 12 years of age. All children must have their own skateboard and full pads to participate.
