Dobbs Ferry, Tarrytown Host Fourth Annual Jewish Cultural Festival GREENBURGH, N.Y. -- The Fourth Annual Jewish Cultural Festival will take place from April 10 to 18 at various locations along the Hudson River.Events are planned at the JCC Henrew Center and elsewhere in Tarrytown as well as at the Greenburgh Hebrew Center in Dobbs Ferry.
