Dobbs Ferry, Tarrytown Host Fourth Annual Jewish Cultural Festival GREENBURGH, N.Y. -- The Fourth Annual Jewish Cultural Festival will take place from April 10 to 18 at various locations along the Hudson River.Events are planned at the JCC Henrew Center and elsewhere in Tarrytown as well as at the Greenburgh Hebrew Center in Dobbs Ferry. Increase Miller Elementary Students Celebrate 100th Day Of School LEWISBORO, N.Y. -- Increase Miller Elementary School first-graders recently marked the 100th day of school with a “Peanuts”-themed celebration. The first-grade wing was decked out in decorations and included 14 booths of games and activities related to the number 100. “The parents really made everything possible,” said first-grade teacher Laura Frisco, pointing out the decorations, murals and other volunteer-led efforts.
