Route 82 Bridge To Be Closed For Construction In Fishkill FISHKILL, N.Y. -- The New York State Deptartment of Transportation will be replacing the bridge on State Route 82 over the Spout Creek near the intersection of All Angels Hill Road.  Drivers may have noticed the preparation work already in progress at the site. As of March 30 the road will be closed and the official detour will be from Route 52 at Route 82 in Fishkill down to Palen Road or County Route 31 to Route 82 in Hopewell Junction or the reverse.
