Elmsford Expands Collaboration With Food Bank For Westchester ELMSFORD, N.Y.--The Elmsford Union Free School District is expanding its efforts to support the whole school community through a new partnership with the Food Bank for Westchester. Beginning in the spring, the Kraft Mobile Food Pantry will visit the district on a monthly basis.
