The students have asked to have student representatives on the Bedford Central School District Board of Education. First Chipotle In Dutchess On Track For Summer Opening In Fishkill FISHKILL, N.Y. -- Burrito lovers can soon rejoice. Dutchess County's first Chipotle is set to open this summer in Fishkill at the Hudson Valley Town Center at 18 Westage Drive. A Five Guys Burgers and Fries is also being built on the site. Construction on the 4600 building that will house the 2300 square foot restaurant is complete. Assisted Living Facility At Church Site Proposed For Pleasantville PLEASANTVILLE, N.Y. -- The United Methodist Church could soon be transformed into a new assisted living facility in Pleasantville. Sunrise Development presented their plans for 70 Bedford Road in the Old Village at the April 24 Village Board meeting. The development would be a three-story building with 79 units and 90 residents. Sunrise is asking the village to create an Eldercare Community Floating District. Man Charged After Threatening Victim With Pistol In Yorktown, Police Say YORKTOWN, N.Y. -- A 21-year-old Ossining man was arrested and charged after Yorktown police say he displayed and pointed a pistol at another person. Jorge Andres Caranugi was charged with menacing in the second degree, a Class A misdemeanor, after the incident, which occurred on Friday, April 28, police said. Caranugi was arraigned and released on $250 bail and is due back in court on May 16.
