HFZ Capital, the firm looking to build 129 units of senior housing on Kisco Avenue, is frustrated a contract has not been signed given them the option of buying the 17.7 acres from the town for $4 million. The village unanimously approved the option at the March 13 board meeting. A GoFundMe page to help the family of Matias Lenis-Gomez has raised more than $20,000 from 304 donors as of Tuesday afternoon. The goal was to initially raise $10,000.
