Plainfield Firefighter, 32, Dies In Line Of Duty (Update) Marques Hudson, a 32-year-old firefighter in Plainfield, was killed while battling a fire at 332 Emerson Ave. on Friday, Jan. 26, the city announced. On Tuesday, Jan. 23, a Maplewood police officer observed a parked motor vehicle with fogged-up windows on Millburn Avenue. After conducting an investigation, police discovered Alexis Lluminquinga had walked off an NJ Transit bus and entered the vehicle, which did not belong to him, officers said.
