Arrest Made In Murder Of Maryland Mom Found With Gunshot Wound An arrest has been made in the murder of a 29-year-old Maryland mom whose body was discovered with a gunshot wound last weekend in Landover, authorities said. Marcus Mitchell, 31, of Landover, was charged with first and second-degree murder in the shooting death of 29-year-old Remi Howell, according to the Prince George's County Police Department. Heroin/Fentanyl Seized In Anne Arundel Traffic Stop A Maryland motorist was found with drugs during a traffic stop in Anne Arundel County, authorities said. Patrick H. Nutter, 35, was stopped on West Street near Jennifer Road in Annapolis around 8:25 a.m. on Monday, Feb. 7, Anne Arundel County police said. A search of Nutter's car turned up 19 capsules of approximately 6.82 grams of suspected heroin/fentanyl and 25 Suboxone strips, according to police. Bensalem Bank Robber Nabbed, Police Say A man who robbed a Bensalem bank Saturday was in police custody, authorities said Tuesday. Keenan Coats, 32, of Philadelphia, walked into the Wells Fargo bank at Street Road around 9:15 a.m., Bensalem police said. Coats handed the teller a note demanding $10,000 in 100 dollar bills and mentioned that he was carrying a bomb in his jacket, police said. Arrest Made In December Allentown Shooting Authorities in Allentown have arrested a man in connection with a December shooting. Police were called to the 700 block of W. Green St. on a report of shots fired on Dec. 6, they said. Responding officers found spent casings in the area.
