Man, 76, Dies Days After Being Struck By Vehicle In Allentown: Coroner A 76-year-old Salisbury Township man has died four days after being struck by a vehicle in Allentown, authorities said. Joseph A. Lacomare died on Sunday, Feb. 6 at St. Luke's Hospital - Bethlehem from closed head injuries sustained in a crash, according to Lehigh County Coroner's Office. His death was ruled an accident. Lacomare was struck by a vehicle in the 500 block of Union Boulevard around 1 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 2, authorities said. The crash remains under investigation by Allentown police.

Police Investigating Death Of Philly Woman On PA Turnpike As Suicide A Philadelphia woman whose body was found on the Pennsylvania Turnpike died by suicide, according to Pennsylvania State Police. Suburban Philly Doctor Pleads Guilty To Running 'Pill Mill' A Pennsylvania doctor has pleaded guilty to running a "pill mill" that flooded his own community with painkillers over the course of four years, federal authorities said. Maryland Mom, 29, Found Shot During Welfare Check Dies A Maryland mom who was found shot during a welfare check in Landover has died, authorities said. Pedestrian Struck, Killed By Car In DelCo: Police A pedestrian was struck and killed by a car in Springfield Township (Delaware County) early Sunday morning, authorities said. On the morning of Feb. 6, officers were responded to the 100 block of North State Road on a report of a pedestrian crash, Springfield police said. The man, whose identity has not yet been released, was pronounced dead at the scene. Police say the driver remained at the scene. It was not immediately known if charges were filed. 1 Dead, 2 Hurt In Berks County House Fire One person died and two other victims were injured in a Sunday evening house fire in Spring Township (Berks County), WFMZ reports. Pennsylvania Dunkin' Employee Dies Suddenly, 16 An eastern Pennsylvania community is mourning the loss of a beloved Dunkin' worker. Rachel Cox, 16, died suddenly on Jan. 15 at St. Christopher’s Children’s Hospital, according to her obituary. A cause of death was not released.
