Born and raised in North Haven, Connecticut, David was always fascinated with the concept of writing for a large publication and telling other people’s stories. 

He decided to pursue that fascination after high school by attending Assumption College (now University) in Worcester, Massachusetts, where he obtained a bachelor’s degree in English/Writing & Mass Communications.

David decided to continue his passion by obtaining a master’s degree in Journalism from Emerson College in 2020. Afterwards, he worked at WBZ NewsRadio in Boston as a digital and broadcast writer covering a wide array of stories.

Now, David is looking to continue his journalistic passions by giving others a platform to share their stories with a larger audience. He predominately covers Daily Voice's counties in the Greater Boston Area: Suffolk, Essex, Middlesex and Norfolk.

911 Caller Makes Fake Shooting Threat Against Greater Boston Area School: Police The Salem Police Department is trying to track down an anonymous 911 caller who made several threats of violence against a local school. The caller made several false reports of shots fired, profanity and hang-ups to police against Collins Middle School on the morning of June 10, police said on Facebook. The caller also said he was going to stage a shooting at the school, according to police.  The department later determined the threats as not credible but have increased their presence at the school out of precaution. The investigation is ongoing.
