Born and raised in North Haven, Connecticut, David was always fascinated with the concept of writing for a large publication and telling other people’s stories.

He decided to pursue that fascination after high school by attending Assumption College (now University) in Worcester, Massachusetts, where he obtained a bachelor’s degree in English/Writing & Mass Communications.

David decided to continue his passion by obtaining a master’s degree in Journalism from Emerson College in 2020. Afterwards, he worked at WBZ NewsRadio in Boston as a digital and broadcast writer covering a wide array of stories.

Now, David is looking to continue his journalistic passions by giving others a platform to share their stories with a larger audience. He predominately covers Daily Voice's counties in the Greater Boston Area: Suffolk, Essex, Middlesex and Norfolk.

Toddler Killed In Baltimore Mattress Fire Homicide ID'd: Police The girl whose body was found after a house fire last week, has been identified, authorities said. My’royal Bennett, 3, was killed on Friday, April 9 after a mattress was apparently set on fire at a two-story home in the 4700 block of Vancouver Road, Baltimore Police said. Three Anne Arundel Teens Crash Into Millersville Business With Stolen Car: Police Three teenagers, ages 15-16, from Anne Arundel County have been arrested for crashing a stolen car into a business in Millersville in an attempt to steal guns, authorities said.
