Born and raised in North Haven, Connecticut, David was always fascinated with the concept of writing for a large publication and telling other people’s stories.

He decided to pursue that fascination after high school by attending Assumption College (now University) in Worcester, Massachusetts, where he obtained a bachelor’s degree in English/Writing & Mass Communications.

David decided to continue his passion by obtaining a master’s degree in Journalism from Emerson College in 2020. Afterwards, he worked at WBZ NewsRadio in Boston as a digital and broadcast writer covering a wide array of stories.

Now, David is looking to continue his journalistic passions by giving others a platform to share their stories with a larger audience. He predominately covers Daily Voice's counties in the Greater Boston Area: Suffolk, Essex, Middlesex and Norfolk.

Critical Missing Baltimore Teenager Found UPDATE: Police said Bra'Niya has been safely located. Baltimore City Police are seeking the public's help in locating a critical missing teenager. Bra'Niya Walker, 16, is missing from the 200 block of Bloomsbury Avenue, police said. She is described as a Black female, standing 5'9," and weighing 90 pounds. Walker was last seen wearing green scrubs and a black jacket, police said. Anyone with information is asked to call 911 or 410-307-2020.

District Heights Man, 20, Charged With 2021 Landover Homicide: Police A District Heights man has been arrested and charged with gunning down a DC man in Landover in 2021, authorities said. Charlie Stevenson, 20, was arrested and charged with the first-degree murder of Anthony Forest, 34, Prince George's County Police said. He is currently being held without bail. Baltimore Man Charged With Gunning Down Keith Hughes Jr. In 2021: Police A man has been arrested and charged with the first-degree murder of another man he gunned down in 2021, authorities said. Ernest Smith, 33, was arrested on Tuesday, March 22 and charged with the murder of Keith Hughes Jr., Baltimore City Police said. Maryland Man Pleads Guilty To Possessing, Distributing Over 2,000 Child Pornographic Images A Maryland man pleaded guilty to possessing and distributing copious amounts of child pornography through social media, according to the US Attorney’s Office for Maryland. Jacob Rubinstein, 42, of Elkton, pleaded guilty to distribution of child pornography on Tuesday, March 21, the office reports.
