Born and raised in North Haven, Connecticut, David was always fascinated with the concept of writing for a large publication and telling other people’s stories. 

He decided to pursue that fascination after high school by attending Assumption College (now University) in Worcester, Massachusetts, where he obtained a bachelor’s degree in English/Writing & Mass Communications.

David decided to continue his passion by obtaining a master’s degree in Journalism from Emerson College in 2020. Afterwards, he worked at WBZ NewsRadio in Boston as a digital and broadcast writer covering a wide array of stories.

Now, David is looking to continue his journalistic passions by giving others a platform to share their stories with a larger audience. He predominately covers Daily Voice's counties in the Greater Boston Area: Suffolk, Essex, Middlesex and Norfolk.

Wanted: State Police Seek Gunman They Say Shot, Killed Tow Truck Driver On Route 50 Maryland State Police are seeking the public's help in finding a suspect who shot and killed a tow truck driver last weekend in Prince George's County. Delonte Hicks, 29, of Washington DC, was shot while he and another driver were traveling on Route 50 (John Hanson Highway) just before 4:45 p.m. on Saturday, March 19, police said. Woman Found Dead Inside College Park Apartment; Police Investigating A woman was found dead inside her College Park apartment on the afternoon of Wednesday, March 23, authorities said.  Police responded for a welfare check in the 9300 block of Cherry Hill Road around 11:20 a.m., Prince George's County Police said on Twitter around 1:33 p.m. Once inside, officers found an adult female unresponsive with visible signs of trauma, police said.
