The district is reporting on its Facebook page that as firefighters battle the blaze, residents in the area of Legion Road and Hook Road may experience water problems. Michael Collins, 51, was charged after Officer Brian Forde arrived on scene and found Collins outside of the vehicle, unsteady on his feet, and smelling like alcohol, said Chief Alexander DiVernieri.
