Cumming, Jr., on Aug. 22, 2016, in Beacon, a reward of up to $2,500 is being offered by New York State Crime Stoppers. Cummings, 22, was killed outside of 79 South Terrace Ave., between South Avenue and Davies Avenue, police said.  The suspect may have been driving a dark-colored SUV, such as a Honda Pilot, police said. DUTCHESS COUNTY, N.Y. -- West Clinton firefighters spent several hours Wednesday battling an intense blaze on the second floor of a 4,000-square-foot, multi-family home in Staatsburg that destroyed half of the residence.
