Joe Lombardi, Daily Voice's Managing Editor, has spent his professional career as a newsroom director, manager, editor, producer, writer, reporter and broadcaster who has worked at major websites, television networks, newspapers, magazines and radio stations and as a book author.

The Manhattan native, Irvington (NY) High School and University of Dayton graduate has been actively involved in web publishing for more than 25 years. In addition, he also has expertise in marketing, public relations and social media.

Lombardi rejoined Daily Voice in September 2013 as managing editor after serving as sports editorial consultant from August 2011 through January 2012. He was named to oversee editorial operations in the fall of 2017.

Ransomware Group That Collected Millions From Meat Supplier Threatens Hundreds Of New Targets A new ransomware attack linked to a Russian group that collected $11 million from a major meat supplier has reportedly paralyzed the networks of dozens of companies in the United States. Long Island Man Killed After BMW Crashes Into Trees, Police Say A Long Island man was killed in a single-vehicle crash overnight on Long Island. It happened around 2:50 a.m. Saturday, July 3 in Commack. Frank Panzarella, age 41, of Commack, was driving a 2021 BMW westbound on Vanderbilt Parkway when he failed to navigate a turn in the road, near Shinbone Lane, at approximately, Suffolk County Police said. New Round Of Storms Will Damaging Wind Gusts, Flash Flooding Expected In Area A new round of showers and thunderstorms are expected in the region as a cold front slowly makes its way through the region. Scooter Driver Killed In Crash With Jeep On Long Island Roadway The driver of a scooter was killed after crashing with a Jeep overnight on Long Island. The incident happened at about 6:50 p.m. Wednesday, June 30 in Melville.
