Joe Lombardi, Daily Voice's Managing Editor, has spent his professional career as a newsroom director, manager, editor, producer, writer, reporter and broadcaster who has worked at major websites, television networks, newspapers, magazines and radio stations and as a book author.

The Manhattan native, Irvington (NY) High School and University of Dayton graduate has been actively involved in web publishing for more than 25 years. In addition, he also has expertise in marketing, public relations and social media.

Lombardi rejoined Daily Voice in September 2013 as managing editor after serving as sports editorial consultant from August 2011 through January 2012. He was named to oversee editorial operations in the fall of 2017.

Alert Issued For Missing 14-Year-Old Long Island Boys A pair of 14-year-old Long Island boys have gone missing and authorities are asking the public's help in locating them. Both their disappearances were reported to police around 12:40 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 23. Ethan Librandi and Michael Morrissey were last seen in Port Washington at Manorhaven Town Park on Manorhaven Boulevard, on foot at about 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 22. Long Island Man Charged With DWI, Manslaughter After Crash Killing Woman A man driving drunk has been charged after a crash resulted in the death of a female motorist. The crashed occurred in Bethpage on Tuesday, Sept. 22 at 10:35 a.m. While traveling southbound on Stewart Avenue near the intersection of Linden Avenue, John Cappello, 30, of Massapequa, operating a 2000 Mitsubishi Montero, crossed over into oncoming traffic, Nassau County Police said. Covid-19: Five States Added To NY/NJ/CT Quarantine List Travelers from five states have been added to the COVID-19 joint quarantine list of New York, New Jersey and Connecticut. The new states added on Tuesday, Sept. 22 are Arizona, Minnesota, Nevada, Rhode Island, and Wyoming. No states or territories have been removed. Covid-19: CDC Releases Halloween Guidelines For Trick-Or-Treating New guidelines for trick-or-treating on Halloween have been released by the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention (CDC).
