Four people were arrested in a routine traffic stop in Bergen County that led to a major bust involving a Glock modified into a machine gun, fraudulent checks, stolen identities, and pounds of drugs, police said.
On Friday, May 2, Rochelle Park Officer Chris Kiszka pulled over a 5 Series BMW on Rochelle Avenue for having a suspended New York registration, according to a release from the Rochelle Park Police Department, issued by Capt. James DePreta.

Gun With Hollow Points, Open Booze, Weed Found During Route 46 Traffic Stop: Cops
A Newark man was arrested after Clifton police say they found a loaded ghost gun, high-capacity magazine, hollow point bullets, and weed packaged for sale during a traffic stop just after midnight.
The stop happened around 12:38 a.m. on Wednesday, April 30, near Route 46 West and Route 21 South, according to Clifton Police Lt. Robert Anderson.
Officers Benjamin Bressel and Samantha Beazley pulled over a 2019 Honda Accord for multiple traffic violations. The driver, a 23-year-old woman from Newark, was accompanied by Carnell Goodwin, 20, of Newark, who was seated in the back seat.

The man accused of gunning down a South Jersey mother in a park last November has been charged with murder, authorities announced Wednesday, May 7.
Teaoshia Lakrisha Still, 36, was found shot to death around 5:10 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 9, 2024, in Waltman City Park in Millville, NJ, according to the Cumberland County Prosecutor’s Office.
She had suffered multiple gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene, prosecutors said. The case launched a months-long homicide investigation involving both the Millville Police Department and the Cumberland County Prosecutor’s Office.
