Crash Causes Injuries, Heavy Traffic On Taconic Parkway A crash resulted in injuries and a heavy traffic jam on a busy parkway in the Hudson Valley. The incident happened on the Putnam and Dutchess County line on Monday, Jan. 8 just before 5:30 p.m., when the Kent Fire Department received a report of three cars becoming involved in a crash on the northbound Taconic State Parkway.    Arriving first responders found one vehicle in the left lane with damage to its front end.
